In this episode of the Chamber Voice of Business Podcast, SVP of Economic Development Steve Cox sat down with Shannon Green of Samaritan Community Center and Stephannie Lane Baker of Charity Pirates to discuss “Fight at the Water Tower”, an event that began in 2018 which raised canned food items benefiting hungry families in Northwest Arkansas. This year’s Fight at the Water Tower will occur on Friday, June 21 where they will also accept backpacks and school supplies for children in both Benton and Washington County. In addition, there will be an axe throwing event for charity at Ozark Axe House on Thursday, June 20.
